<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
When the picker moves in towards the plate stack, moves until the picker
microswitch is tripped (i.e. both microswithces open) or for distance plate_search_y
which ever comes first. If the cable or microswitch is intermittent then the
picker y movement will be prematurely stopped before it contacts the plate, therefore
the picer microswitch is checked again after the picker has stopped to make sure
that that the cups still indicate compressed; if not then this error is reported.

</ServiceInformation>
<Cause>
This could be caused by a faulty picker microswithc or cable. There are
two picker microswitches behind the outer two sucction cups that sense when the
cup spring is compressed. They are connected in parallel and are closed when
the cup is NOT compressed.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Picker head obstructing py movement. If the PZ does not go down far enough, or the bay fixed seal
edge is bent down, or the top of the wiper Thompson rail is too high, then the Thompson
rail will collide with the fixed bay shutter seal and prevent propper picking of the last
1/2" of plates in the box.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Springs in the sucction cups are too tight (have not been cut down as required.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Picker Y drive motor ECO A196 (new PY motor).
